How to Stop overthinking-negative thoughts at home
Nowadays Negative thoughts, overthinking, depression, anxiety, and stress are arising in many people due to various reasons such as domestic problems, financial weakness, environmental pollution, and increased levels of carbon dioxide in our bodies which can be treated with yoga and Ayurveda can be done. I have described the natural cure for this problem The treatment that many people have adopted
Yoga
and Pranayama
1. Bhastrika -- 10
minutes in the morning, afternoon, and evening In Vastrika we have to take a
deep breath which causes the carbon dioxide in our body to go out and oxygen
takes its place, and the amount of oxygen in our body increases and the
negative thoughts [negative thought] decrease.
It is also called
deep breathing. It plays an important role to reduce overthinking and
negative thoughts.
2. Exhale -----
In this action, we have to inhale and exhale as long as we can. No thoughts
come to mind while holding your breath because only thoughts come to mind while
breathing. This action should be done for 10-10 minutes in the morning,
afternoon, and evening. This action can be done anywhere - in the office, at
home, on the field, and in other places, which completely eliminates the habit
of overthinking.
3. Bhramari ---- In this case, you should close your mouth and exhale through your nose while chanting OM. As a result, the brain vibrates and circulation increases, which leads to the elimination of negative thoughts and overthinking.
4. Kapalbhati----It is the first and most important yoga pranayam for
treating all kinds of diseases so everybody does this yoga according to disease. For
healthy people kapalbhati kriya for 10 to 15 minutes, for chronic or major
diseases do this kriya for 30 minutes to 1 hour under the yoga guru's guidance or training
for the first time then after training, you/she can do this on your/her home or
school or field or so many places.
Kapalbhati is the main pranayam in yoga. It controls and
manages all systems of the body according to yoga guru Ramdev. according to Ramdev,
all chronic or major diseases are treated by Kapal Bhati but major and uncurable
diseases require more than one hour of kapalbhati pranayam then a chance to cure the disease.
5. Anulom vilom---It
is the second most important pranayam for treating all kinds of diseases that
may be acute or chronic. in this process to take oxygen and expel carbon dioxide. In this process, oxygen travels to all system of the body and
increase the oxygen level in our body. Anulom vilom pranayam result shows best on the central nervous system, respiratory
system, circulatory system, and eye disease.
In case of overthinking, need anulom vilom for 15-30
minutes in the morning and evening at home or park and office or transport also.
Morning time is the best time for this kriya, especially before sunrise or
Brahmamurta time with an empty stomach after fresh. It is also possible to do this
yoga after 4 hours of taking food (heavy food/lunch) and 2 hours of breakfast.
6. Meditation---Meditation
plays a vital role to control the mind, body, and soul. Nowadays mental problems
increase day by day so everybody requires meditation. It is best practice to do
meditation in the morning and evening. Among them, morning meditation has the best
result for treating any kind of disease that may be chronic or incurable
disease. In the morning, 4am to 5am is the spiritual time for remembering
Baba/god/Paramatma.
In the early morning(4am-5am) when I left bed then ready
to start meditation for at least 10-15 minutes every day. In meditation, some words
are always important that may be
*first word - Good
morning Baba. Thank you so much Baba you have given me everything.
*The second word—only say positive words.
7. If at any time there is a lot of tension and the head is bursting
with pain, the thin beak should be slightly pressed and the hair should be
combed for 2-3 minutes so that the circulation of water and blood in the brain
is released in a few seconds. This action can be done 3 times a day
8. Be busy with work and when you start talking in your mind, get out of
the dark room where you can feel the light of the sun. Mobile and TV Focus on
less. Do what makes you happy. Treat constipation because the more dirt there
is in the body, the higher the amount of carbon dioxide.
9. Do deep inspiration three times before taking food regularly then you will be free from overthinking, anxiety, depression, and other mental problems. It helps to digest food better, and eliminate toxins from the body. Regular exercise gives a better outcome after 7 days so, it maintains regularly.
10. If any feature related to the mind then firstly ruled out thyroid function because abnormal thyroid function cause also anxiety, depression, loss of sleep, overthinking, negative thoughts, and stomach problems. Nowadays hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism increase day by day in every age group in many more countries. If you have anxiety with hypothyroidism then should treat hypothyroidism first and other comes after.
11. In the context of adolescent mental care, parents should switch off the mobile of students (son/daughter) after 9:00 pm every night and keep the mobile far from students. The best practice is to keep mobile in the parent's room. Because all children's illegal activities on mobile occur after the parents have slept at night. So be careful about students.
12. Every parent wants to keep his/her children under pressure but it is not better practice now. So we can manage the children by good behave according to age group.
*1-5 years--to give full love to the babies.
*5-15 years--to learn cultural practices and the best discipline for the child.
*more than 15 years--behave the children like a friend by
every parent. As a result, students/children share all things with their
parents and problems find out in time and also solve in a timely. Ultimately
student success rates travel in the best way.
13. Every
morning when you just left bed then fill positive words into
the mind for 10 minutes because this time the subconscious mind is more active.
So this time, always, think positive words and say thank you a lot Baba/bhagwan/Paramatma.
Every night during sleeping when you feel sleepy then
think positive words and remember Bhagwan/ Baba.
Summary
All of the above tips are most important for curing all kinds of diseases and
disorders so I hardly request to everybody please use these tips and
yoga/pranayam. Many more people in the world use these tips and yoga in their
